But that's not 100% Freeza. The "even more power" part tells us that he's already lost some power.

I still find it impossible to believe Freeza could survive at all as he was. Power-wise he should have been weaker than Yamcha by that point. I guess his body is just super tough.
Right after this scene, he outraces Goku to Porunga and then keeps on duking it out with him. Goku makes no mention of his power waning until a bit later. If he had lost some power, it wasn't an enormous amount.

Is there any Herms translation on this?
